Troop Camp at Sugar Pine

August 18 through August 21, 2016

For Brownie through Ambassador troops  ~  Fee $150 per person

The outdoors is calling and you must go! Start your troop year off with
an amazing outdoor getaway to our beautiful Sugar Pine resident camp
in the Sierra Foothills. Spend four days learning and improving agespecific
outdoor skills and enjoying outdoor program experiences under
the guidance of our Resident Camp Specialists. Enjoy many exciting
Sugar Pine activities too. From swimming, creek walking, fort building
and the low challenge course, to hiking among the majestic pine trees
and campfires under starry skies. Campers in 4th grade and above can
also enjoy archery and the High Ropes Adventure Tower. Troop leaders –
learn along side your girls! We’ll provide the program and meals,
you provide the supervision and transportation.

Special Program Notes: For all camp programs, archery and high ropes or climbing activities are allowed for children entering 4th grade or higher in the Fall. Other restrictions may apply. Please contact registration@girlscoutsnorcal.org with questions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration or a wait list spot, send an email or written notification to registration or fax to (408) 287-8662. The deposit will not be refunded once the registration has been completed.

Nonrefundable deposits are not transferable to another program or camper. To receive a refund of the registration fees paid less the deposit, a notice of cancellation must be received four weeks prior to the first day of the camp session for which the cancellation is being made.

REFUND POLICY

Full refund: If your selected camp session(s) is full and no alternative can be found or if the financial aid amount requested is not fully granted, the total amount paid will be refunded.

Partial refund: The balance of the camp fee, less deposit, will be refunded only if:

  • 1. Family plans change and the camper can no longer attend. In this case, written notification must be received four weeks before the opening date of the confirmed camp session.
  • 2. The camper does not attend due to illness or injury. A letter from a physician must accompany the refund request.
  • 3. The camper is sent home from camp due to illness or injury occurring at camp. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will not be made if the camper attends more than half of the camp session and will be made only at the written request of the parent/guardian. No refunds will be made if the camper does not attend her camp session or leaves early for any other reason, even if her space is filled by another participant.

Make refund requests in writing no later than August 31, 2016 to the Girl Scouts of Northern California.
