NOTE: Merit Badges are for Boy Scouts ages 11 to 18. Cub Scout Programs are clearly marked and are for Cub Scouts ages 7 to 10.5 or Wolf to Webelos. Single session classes are $7.50 each and double session classes are $15 if registered in advance before January 17, 2015. The cost is $15 for single session and $25 for double session if registered at the door.

Please register for these classes online. Online registration ends on January 17, 2015 or when classes are full, whichever comes first. Maximum class size will be 20. Scouts should check in at Springs Preserve at 30 minutes prior to the start of their first class. This will allow time for the Scouts to navigate and learn the area and get to the classes on time.
There are no refunds, however class may be transferred to someone else.
Changes to online registration may be made until January 17, 2015.
Late check-ins may lose their spot in the class. Changes in classes in will handled at the door if not done online before January 17th. The change is subject to available classes.
Stand-by or walk in registration will be handled at the door, first come, first serve, for a cost of $15 per session for a single session class and $25 per double session as space is available.
Merit Badges offered will be: American Heritage, Archaeology, Citizenship in the Nation, Gardening, Geology, Insect Study, Landscape Architecture, Mammal Study, Nature, Plant Science, Reptile and Amphibian Study, and STEM-Science Everywhere- Cub Scout Program. In addition, Outdoor Ethics Award for both Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will be offered.
Be Prepared!!! Read the merit badge pamphlet (available at the Scout Center Trading Post) and complete pre-requisites as required prior to class. Bring the pre-requisites with you for counselor to review for credit. Bring a filled out blue merit badge card with you for each merit badge you are taking.
