Purpose: Outdoor skills are critical to the success of the Scouting program, and Outdoor Leader Skills for Webelos Leaders will provide Webelos Den leaders with the basic outdoor skills information needed to start a program right.

Attendees: Outdoor Leader Skills for Webelos Leaders is the required outdoor training for all Webelos Den Leaders seeking to take their dens camping without the Pack. The skills taught are based on the outdoor skills found in The Webelos Handbook.
