Cancellation Policy
The cancellation request must be submitted in writing and received at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled program date.
The cancellation can be submitted by email to mpgardner@saczoo.org, fax 916-264-6733, mail or in person.
Please include this information to have your cancellation request processed, program confirmation number, date of visit, group name, and number of students and adults.
