2017 Tri-Valley Camporee

Serving the Live Oak and Cachuma Districts

What is a Camporee?

The Tri-Valley Camporee is our annual gathering of Scouts from both the Live Oak and Cachuma Districts but is open to Scouts from all areas. The camporee is an opportunity for Scouts to camp and participate in activities designed to test in their Scouting skills together with other Scouts from the surrounding areas that they would not normally have an opportunity to interact with. Troops compete, usually by patrols, against one another in skills learned through Scouting. The winning patrols are awarded ribbons at the closing campfire. The best troop is recognized with the honor of keeping the Tri-Valley Camporee Trophy until the next year’s camporee.
