Each of the districts in the council is charged with raising its fair share of the Friends of Scouting goal each year.  A committee of volunteers is organized to accomplish the task of meeting the district's goal.  Similarly, members of the Executive Board also have a goal to meet.

The cost to provide Scouting programs for one year to one Scout is $143.
