CCHS's Emergency Medical Fund is one of the few financial assistance programs that helps Contra Costa County residents pay for emergency medical treatment for their companion animal when they are unable to do so.  CCHS works with a handful of generous veterinary hospitals that discount their prices to allow for quality care at a reduced cost.
