VERY IMPORTANT! A BSA Health and Medical Record filled out completely and signed by a doctor must be brought to camp on the first day (DO NOT mail it to camp). The medical form no longer allows attaching another physical exam (ie: sports physical) to the BSA medical form. The physician's signature must be on the BSA form to be valid. There are absolutely no exceptions to this requirement. Click here to download a copy of the medical form.

The email receipt that you receive after you complete your registration is the only confirmation you will receive. No further confirmation emails will be sent.
