This is a weekend opportunity of each Cub Scout and a parent or guardian to have a camping experience in Camp Josepho, nestled in the mountains of Pacific Palisades. This camp offers a setting of years gone by featuring an old western style lodge and cow trails that follow the old creek bed to cozy campsites stretching through the canyon wilderness. Campers stay for two nights, all the program and food is provided except for Friday dinner. This is a great first-time camp experience. Activities: Archery, BB, Cooking, Field Sports, Crafts, special programs for Tigers and Webelos, Campfire programs put on by campers and staff and much, much more. Who: All registered Tigers, Cubs and Webelos. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the Cub Scout all weekend. Additional family members may only attend the August Family Camp. What to Bring: Tent, sleeping bag, pillow, towel, personal hygiene items, clothes, jackets for evening, flashlight and a ready-sprit for fun and adventure. What to Expect: Friday night-Registration after 5pm, Opening Campfire 8:30 pm, snack and bed. Saturday- planned Cub/Parent activities all day, three prepared meals, campfire and desert. Sunday- Breakfast 8 am, camp clean-up, closing campfire and depart around 11 am.
