Details:

The Camper Fees will be based upon the Session to which your reservation is assigned.

The Fees for each Session are as follows:

Sessions  1, 2 & 12             In-Council                Out-of-Council

                                             $499 per Youth         $539 per Youth

                                             $324 per Adult          $349 per Adult

Sessions 3, 4 & 11              In-Council                Out-of-Council

                                             $524 per Youth         $554 per Youth

                                             $349 per Adult          $374 per Adult

Sessions 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10     In-Council                Out-of-Council

                                             $554 per Youth         $574 per Youth

                                             $374 per Adult          $399 per Adult

Payment Schedule:

$300 non-refundable non-transferable Deposit due with initial application.

$100 per camper (including adults) is due on January 8th, 2010.

$200 per camper (including adults) is due on March 12th, 2010.

Final Payment due 16 days before unit's arrival to camp.

Cancellation Policy: We have a NO REFUND Policy. Each payment is based on the total number of campers, not individuals. If there are any reductions in total numbers (Scouts or Adults) after each payment date there is no refund for previous payments. Payments for cancelled spots are not credited to the troop balance if unit numbers are reduced. FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE: Western Los Angeles County Council is proud to offer Camperships to WLACC units. The campership approval process is based upon Scouts Honor and is non-invasive. Please email camping@bsa-la.org to receive a campership form for your unit.
