Veterans' Day Parade

The Quincy Veterans' Council Veterans' Day Parade & Ceremonies will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, 10:30 a.m.

The route will begin at Quincy Credit Union at Scammell Street to Hancock Street to the Adams Academy where the Veterans' Day Ceremonies will be held.

The guest speaker will be Retired Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Greene.  Mayor Thomas Koch will bring the Greetings of the City.

The annual ceremonies are sponsored by the Quincy Veterans' Council on behalf of local Veterans' organizations.  In the event of inclement weather, the exercises will be held in the gym at Broad Meadows Middle School on Calvin Rd.
