Camp Lazarus Halloween 2007 is actually 4 ghoulish weekend nights at Camp Lazarus designed for families with Elementary-age children. (Goblins of younger ages are also welcome to accompany their family.) Costumes are welcome. Flashlights on the Haunted Trail are NOT!
Camp Lazarus is located on the west side of Highway 23 between Delaware and Lewis Center, across from the Delaware Area Career Center.
Halloween Check-in is open each night 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. at our new Welcome Center, adjacent to the camp parking lot.
Activities are open 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. each night. The first 2,000 registered participants will receive a Halloween patch. All participants will receive a wristband for access to Fright Night activities. Halloween treats will be provided, and snacks will be available for an additional cost. Some activities will also have a small additional cost.
Please remember to dress appropriately. There will be a scary assortment of indoor and outdoor activities for all sorts of weather conditions.
Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged. Save time, money, and hassle. A roster of participants and payment is required at the time of reservation. A packet will be available at a “Will Call” line at check in for each Contact Person to handle their own group check-in. Patches and wristbands will be pre-counted. No refunds, but substitutions are okay.
Overnight camping is available on a first-come basis, but must be reserved in advance through the Camping Department at the Council Service Center, (614) 436-7200 or www.skcbsa.org. Cabins (sleep 16) are available for rent and tent sites are available at no additional charge. Tent sites will be assigned upon arrival. Campers may arrive to set-up beginning at 5:00 p.m. Meals will not be provided.
Halloween Participation Fees are:
· $5.00 per person per day with Online Pre-Registration (Pre-Registration Must be Received online at www.skcbsa.org No Later than October 12, 2007. No pre-registrations will be accepted after October 12 at the Service Center or online)
· $7.00 per person per day at Door
· 3 & under are Free!
