The Big Event is an evolution of the Mountain Man theme
that caters to boys age 14 years and older.
Many of the activities are from the Mountain Man era,
while others are High Tech survival.  There is something for everyone at the Big Event.

Date:        June 14 - 16, 2012
Location:  East Fork of the Bear Boy Scout Reservation
Cost:        $23.00 per person (YOUTH and ADULT)
                                    No Commissary Offered
Special Breakfast:
                $3.00 per person Special Fund Raising Breakfast Saturday morning

Check-In begins Wednesday afternoon. 
Activities begin Thursday morning and end Saturday at noon.

        All Breakfast proceeds go to improving East Fork through the Varsity program.

Please be sure to schedule your Black Powder and/or Shotgun. 
All other activities will be scheduled at the event.

 Don't forget to sign-up for the
    Dutch Oven Cook-Off Friday at 1:00 P.m.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund through May 31, 2012, 50% June 1 through June 8, 2012 as long as refund is $25 or more. No refunds after June 8, 2012.
