Peterloon Camping to Promote Scouting Brotherhood!

The Peterloon Committee has found a way to foster brotherhood across the Council and across our Region. This year, units from all different areas will camp side by side and sharing Scouting stories and passions. For 2012, camping will no longer be organized by District, but rather by order of registration. This will allow units to interact with other units they would otherwise not see at a District Camporee or Klondike Derby and give equal opportunity for all units to be closer to the activities and events. Hospitality tents will still be set up in sub-camps giving all leaders a place to gather and build new friendships.

Units can begin registering for Peterloon on April 2nd by logging on to www.danbeard.org and selecting the Peterloon registration on the calendar or Activities tab.

Registration Fees:

$19 by August 10

$26 after August 10 

  Registration Closes on September 14th, 2012 

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

No refunds will be given after the 60-day cancellation deadline.

Cancellation Policy: Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 60 days prior to the date of the event, will receive a refund of fees paid, less 20% administrative charge. No refunds will be given after the 60-day cancellation deadline. Fees are transferable to other participants but are not refundable. To request a refund, please contact the Dan Beard Council Scout Service Center at 513-577-7700.
