Re: Open pool days at the Heard 7/11/15

I wanted to thank you and your team for all you did for my son on the open swim day.   I expected for him to be able to get a few things signed off but your team continually worked with him to ensure he was a success.  He tends to give up easily on things he finds physically tough but your team encouraged him and inspired him to continue to try.   By the end of the day he had all of his rank requirements done and all but one of his swimming merit badge requirements done.

Thanks again.  You truly exceeded my expectations and encouraged my son to continue to work towards his goals.

Best Regards, Nicole
