Chesapeake District Drive-in Camping

This years Drive-in camping was a great success for all those that attended, and probably got wet.  After the rains left, we had a wonderful evening watching movies and camping at the Bengies Drive-in.  There were over 200 Scouts and Scouters in attendance.  We are already starting plans for next years event possibly on the same weekend.  A big thank you to Jim Spath and Kevin Schroeder for planning this event that looks to be a great success.  We just want to know who scheduled the Rain!!!
Rock the Ridge - 2012 BAC Camporee
Attention Leaders:

You should be getting "soon" an arrival schedule for Rock the Ridge.  This is for Friday evening so there is a steady flow and not everyone arriving at the same time.

DO NOT go to Oregon Ridge!!!

Day vistors and Campers will be parking for the weekend at the Verizon lot on Shawan Rd, and you will be shuttled over to and from the event site.

The last stages of planning are being done and they are still taking registrations and payments until September 30th.

It looks to be a great event being planned.
